සමූපකාර පණත මගින් දක්වා ඇති මූලික  ක්‍රියාකාරකම වන සංවර්ධනය හා විගණනය මේ වන විට සමූපකාර ව්‍යාපාරයෙන් ගිලිහි ගොස් ඇතැයි සදහන් වේ.

එසේ වන්නේ ඇතැම් සමූපකාර සංගම් වසර ගනනාවකින් විගණනය කර නොමැති නිසා බව සමූපකාර සංගම් සේවකයින් පවසයි. ඇතැම් සමූපකාර සමිති මසකට රුපියල් ලක්ෂ 4 ක් පමණ ලාභාංශ උපයන බවද නමුත් ඒවා වසර 6 කින් පමණ විගණනය කර නොමැති බවද සදහන්වේ. එසේ වීමට හේතුව වශයෙන් නිලධාරින් පවසන්නේ සේවක හිගය හේතුවෙන් විගණන කටයුතු වලට බාදා ඇති බවයි.

වසර ගනනාවක් පුරා විගණනය නොවීම හේතුවෙන් ඇතැම් සමූපකාර සංගම්තුල මහා පරිමාණ මුදල් වංචා සිදුවී ඇති බවද සමූපකාර සංගම් සේවකයෝ් පෙන්වා දුන් බව සදහන්ය.
