ලියාපදිංචි අංක නොමැති කාර් රථයක් සමග නීති විරෝධි ලෙස වාහන එකලස් කරන පුද්ගලයෙකු ඊයේ(07ි) විශේෂ කාර්යය බළකාය සංවිධානාත්මක අපරාධ මර්ධන ඒකකය මගින් වාද්දූව තල්පිටිය ප්‍රදේශයේදී අත්අඩංගුවට ගෙන ඇත.
අත්අඩංගුවට ගත් සැකකරු වයස 44 ක් වන තල්පිටිය ප්‍රදේශයේ පදිංචි කරුවෙකු වන අතර ඔහු අද(08) පානදුර මහේත්‍රාත් අධිකරණය වෙත ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමට නියමිතය.
