මියගිය අයගේ නැගනිය සමග අනියම් සම්බන්ධයක් පැවැත්වූ පුද්ගලයෙකු මෙම ඝාතනය සිදුකර ඇති බව අනාවරණය වී ඇති අතර සැකකරු ප්‍රදේශයෙන් පලාගොස් ඇතිබව පොලීසිය පවසයි. සිද්ධිය පිලිබද විමර්ෂණ දැරණියගල පොලීසිය විසින් සිදුකරනු ලබයි.
