විභාගයට ගැනීම අත්හිටුවන්නේ ද නැද්ද යන්න පිළිබඳ තීරණය ලබන 24 වනදා ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කිරීමට නියමිතව තිබේ.
කොළඹ මහාධිකරණ විනිසුරු ගිහාන් කුලතුංග ඉදිරියේ විභාගයට ගැනීමට නියමිත මෙම නඩුව සම්බන්ධයෙන් හිටපු අමාත්‍යවරයා විසින් ඉදිරිපත් කළ පෙත්සමක මූලික විභාගය පැවැත්වීමෙන් පසුව අභියාචනාධිකරණයේ සභාපති එල්.ටී.බී. දෙහිදෙනිය සහ ශිරාන් ගුණරත්න යන විනිසුරු මඩුල්ල මෙම තීරණය ප්‍රකාශ කළ බව වාර්තාවේ.
