අධිකරණයේ නඩුවක් විභාගවීමට වසර 10 ක් හෝ ඊටත් වඩා කාලයක් ගතවීමෙන් මෙරට අධිකරණවල දුර්වල ක්‍රියාකාරීත්වය පැහැදිලි වන බව නියෝජ්‍ය අමාත්‍ය අජිත් පී.පෙරේරා පැවසූ බව සදහන්ය.
නඩු ප්‍රමාදය වලාක්වා ගැනීම සදහා කටයුතු කිරීම අධිකරණ අමාත්‍යවරියගේ වගකීමක් බවද ඒ සදහා සකස් කර ඇති ක්‍රමවේද ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීම කලයුතු බවද ඔහු වැඩිදුරටත් සදහන්කර ඇත.
අමාත්‍යවරයා මෙසේ පවසා ඇත්තේ බණ්ඩාරගම ප්‍රදේශයේ පැවති ජනහමුවකට එක්වෙමිනි.
Deputy Minister Ajith P. Peirera has said that the poor performance of the Courts of Law is being revealed in the Court of Appeal for more than 10 years or more to hear a case in the High Court. He further stated that it is the responsibility of the Minister of Justice to take action to delay the delays.
