විනිසුරු මාරු කරන්න – බැසිල් ඉල්ලයි.
පසුගිය ජනාධිපතිවරණයේදී හිටපු ජනාධිපති මහින්ද රාජපක්‍ෂගේ රුව සහිතව දිවි නැඟුම දෙපාර්තමෙන්තුවේ මුදල් වලින් ලිත් ලක්ෂ 50ක් මුද්‍රණය කර රජයට රුපියල් කෝටි දෙකකට අධික පාඩුවක් සිදු බවට නීතිපතිවරයා විසින් මහාධිකරණ විනිසුරු ගිහාන් කුලතුංග හමුවේ පවරා ඇති නඩුව වෙනත් විනිසුරුවරයකු හමුවේ විභාගයට ගන්නා ලෙස හිටපු අමාත්‍ය බැසිල් රාජපක්‍ෂ ඉදිරිපත් කළ පෙත්සම ලබන 26 වැනිදා කැඳවීමට අභියාචනාධිකරණය අද (03) නියම කළේය.
අදාළ මහාධිකරණ විනිසුරුවරයා හමුවේ තමන්ගේ නඩුව විභාග කිරීමෙන් තමුන්ට සාධාරණය ඉටු වීමේ ප‍්‍රවණතාව අඩු බව පෙන්වා දෙමින් රාජපක්‍ෂ මෙම පෙත්සම ඉදිරිපත් කර ඇත.
එම පෙත්සම සම්බන්ධයෙන් එදින අධිකරණයේ පෙනී සිට කරුණු ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලෙස අභියාචනාධිකරණය නීතීපතිවරයාටද නියම කළේය. අදාළ නඩුව ලබන නොවැම්බර් 13 වැනිදා සිට දිනපතා විභාග කිරීමටද තීරණය කර ඇත.
