ශ්‍රී ලංකානිදහස් පක්‍ෂයේ මෛත්‍රීපාල පාර්ශවය සහ මහින්ද රාජපක්‍ෂ පාර්ශවය අතර ශ්‍රීලනිපයප නැවත එකතු කිරීමේ සාකච්ඡා ආරම්භ වී ඇතැයි සඳහන් වේ.
එළැඹෙන වසරේ මුලදී පැවැත්වෙන පළාත් පාලන සහ පළාත් සභා මැතිවරණවලදී ශ්‍රීලනිපය ශක්තිමත් පක්‍ෂයක් ලෙස තරඟ වැඩ ජයග්‍රහණය කිරීම අරමුණු කරගනිමින් මෙම සාකච්ඡා ආරම්භ වී ඇති බවත් සඳහන් වේ. මෙම සකච්ඡා සඳහා මුල්වී කටයුතු කරනු ලබන ශ්‍රීලනිපයේ ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ අමාත්‍යවරයෙකු, ඒකාබද්ධ විපක්‍ෂය නියෝජනය කරන ශ්‍රීලනිප මන්ත්‍රීවරුන් සහ ශ්‍රීලනිප ආණ්ඩු පාර්ශවය අතර, පක්‍ෂය නැවත කිරීමට සාකච්ඡා ආරම්භ වී ඇති බව පැවසූ බව සඳහන් වේ.
