කටුනායක කොළඹ අධිවේගී මාර්ගයේ තණකොල කපමින් සිටි කම්කරුවන් දෙදෙනෙකු ඊයේ(21) සවස මාර්ගයේ ගමන් ගත් මොටර් රථයක ගැටීම හේතුවෙන් මියගොස් ඇති බව වාර්තාවේ.
මෙම අනතුර සිදූවී ඇත්තේ කටුනායක කොළඹ අධිවේගී මාර්ගයේ පමූණුගම L15.4 කිලෝමිටර් කණුව ආසන්නයේදී වන අතර කොළඹ සිට කටුනායක දෙසට ගමන්ගත් මොටර් රථයේ රියදුරුට නින්ද යෑම නිසා මාර්ගයෙන් ඉවතට ඇදී ගිය රථය මාර්ගයේ වම්පස අයිනේ තණකොල කපමින් සිටි කම්කරුවන් දෙදෙනාගේ ගැටී ඇත.
අනතුරින් මියගොස් ඇත්තේ අංක 444/සී 16 , පාරිස් පෙරේරා මාවත, ජා-ඇල පදිංචිව සිටි එච්.කේ.ඩි. මහේෂ් (44) සහ 55/1, කජුගස්ගොඩැල්ල, ජා-ඇල පදිංචිව සිටි කේ.ඒ.පී. පෙරේරා(55) යන අයවේ.
මෘතදේහ කොළඹ ජාතික රෝහලේ තැන්පත් කර ඇති අතර අදාළ රියදුරා හා මොටර් රථය පොලිසිය විසින් අත්අඩංගුවට ගෙන ඇත. වැඩිදුර විමර්ෂණ පමුණුගම පොලිසිය විසින් සිදුකරනු ලබයි.

The driver of the car heading from Colombo to Katunayake was hit by the road and was knocked out of the road by cutting the grass at the left side of the road at the Lunugamwehera Katunayake Expressway on the Katunayake-Colombo Expressway.
The deceased has been identified as 444 / C 16, Perera Rodrigo Mawatha, Ja-Ela. Mahesh (44) and KPPU Ajith, Ja-ela at Kajugasgodella, 55/1. Perera (55).
The body has been placed at the Colombo National Hospital and the driver and the motor vehicle have been taken into custody by the police. Further investigations are being conducted by the Pamunugama Police.
