හම්බන්තොට දී ත්‍රස්තවාදින්ට එල්ල කරන විෂ වායුවක් උද්ඝෝෂණයක ට එල්ල කරලා?
රාජ්‍ය සම්පත් විකිනීමට විරුද්ධව පසුගිය දා හම්බන්තොට උද්ඝෝසණයේ නිරත පිරිසට පොලිසිය විසින් එල්ල කරන ලද්දේ ජලය සහ කදුළු ගෑස් නොවන බවත් එහි දී ජලයට මිශ්‍ර කර රසායනික ද්‍රව්‍යක් ද එල්ල කල බව දකුණු පළාත් සභාවේ නියෝජ්‍ය සභාපති සම්පත් අතුකෝරල පවසයි. අද(10) දකුණු පළාත් සභාව දකුණු පළාත් සභා සභාපති සෝමවංශ කෝදාගොඩගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් රැස් වු අවස්ථාවේ දී වැඩිදුරටත් අදහස් දැක් වු ඔහු මෙසේ ද පැවසීය
”ඔය ගහපු ජල ප්‍රහාරයට සහ කදුලු ගෑස් වලට මිශ්‍ර කරලා තමයි රසායනික ද්‍රව්‍යය ගැහුවේ. ඔය ප්‍රහාරය එල්ල කල අවස්ථාවේ හිටපු ගොඩක් අයට හුස්ම ගන්න බැරි වුනා. කැස්ස වමනය හැදිලා තියනවා. මේ ආණ්ඩුව ත්‍රස්තවාදීන්ට සලකන ආකාරයෙන් තමයි උද්ඝෝෂකයින්ට ගැහුවේ. මාධ්‍ය වේදියෙකුට කණ පැලෙන්න ගැහුවා ජේෂ්ඨ පොලිස් නිලධාරියෙක් .මේ ජල හා කදුලු ගෑස් වලට මිශ්‍ර කර එල්ල කල විස රසායනික ප්‍රහාරය සම්බන්ධයෙන් විදිමත් පරීක්ෂණයක් කරන ලෙස ඉල්ලා සිටිනව යයි’ පැවැසීය.
