රාජ්‍ය සේවකයින්ට මානසික ආතතිය..
විශේෂ අවශ්‍යතා සහිත දරුවන් සදහා අලුත්ගම මොරගල්ල ප්‍රදේශයේ ඉදිකරන ලද පර්ල් ළමා මාර්ගෝපදේශන මධ්‍යස්ථානය සෞඛ්‍ය, පෝෂණ හා දේශීය වෛද්‍ය අමාත්‍ය දොස්තර රාජිත සේනාරත්න විසින් විවෘත කරන ලදි.
එහිදී අදහස් දැක් වූ සෞඛ්‍ය අමාත්‍යවරයා – ලෝක මානසික සෞඛ්‍ය දිනය අදට (10) යෙදී ඇති අතර වසර 25 ක කාලයක් එම දිනය අපි සමරනවා. විශේෂයෙන්ම දරුවන්ගේ මානසික සෞඛ්‍ය දියුණු කළ යුතුයි. මනස සුලු මොහොතකින් වෙනස් වෙනවා. සෞඛ්‍ය අමාත්‍යාංශයේ මානසික සෞඛ්‍ය සදහා වෙනම ඒකකයක් ද ස්ථාපිත කර තිබෙනවා. එහි දැනට ඇති සංඛ්‍යා ලේඛණ වලට අනුව රජයේ සේවකයින් 05 දෙනෙකුගෙන් එක් අයෙකුට මානසික ආතතිය ඇති බව සොයාගෙන තිබෙනවා. රැකියා ස්ථානයේ ගැටලු, නිවසේ ගැටලු ඒ සදහා හේතු වී තිබෙනවා. මානසික රෝග සදහා ප්‍රතිකාර ලබාගන්නා සංඛ්‍යාව ද වැඩි වී තිබෙනවා. කලබලකාරී ජිවිතය සහ තරගකාරීත්වය ද ආතතියට හේතු වී තිබෙනවා. එම නිසා එය සමාජයට ද බලපානවා. විශේෂ අවශ්‍යතා ඇති දරුවන් රැකබලා ගැනීම අපේ යුතුකමක්. පහසුකම් ලබාදිය යුතුයි. “Friends Lanka” ළමා පදනම විදේශිය ස්වේච්ඡා ආයතනයක් වුනත් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ දරුවන් වෙනුවෙන් මෙවැනි ආයතනයක් ඉදිකිරීම ඉතාම වැදගත්.
මෙම මධ්‍යස්ථානයේ සිටින විශේෂ අවශ්‍යතා ඇති දරුවන් රැකබලා ගන්නා ගුරුවරුන් වෙත සෞඛ්‍ය අමාත්‍යවරයා විසින් පත්වීම් ලිපි ද ප්‍රදානය කරන ලදි. මෙම අවස්ථාවට කලුතර දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් යු.ඩී.සී ජයලාල් ඇතුලු විශාල පිරිසක් සහභාගිව සිටියහ.
Ministry of Healthcare, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine constructed at the Aluthgama Pradeshiya Sabha was opened by Hon. Rajitha Senaratne, Minister of Health, Indigenous Medicine and Indigenous Medicine for children with special needs.
Today, we celebrate the 25th anniversary of the World Health Day on the World Mental Health Day. Especially, children’s mental health needs to be developed. The mind changes a little bit. A separate unit for the mental health of the Ministry of Health has also been established. According to its current statistics, one in five public employees have been found to be mentally stressed. There are problems in the workplace, problems in the home, and other factors. The number of those who receive treatment for mental illness has also increased. There is also stressful life and competition. Therefore, it also affects the society. Caring for children with special needs is our duty. Facilities should be provided. Friends Lanka Children Foundation is a voluntary organization but it is important to build this institution for the children of Sri Lanka.
The minister also distributed letters of appointment to the teachers who are caring for the children with special needs at the center. Kalutara District Secretary UDC Jayalal and a large number of people participated in the event.
