අසනීප තත්වයෙන් සිටි උතුරු පලාත් ප්‍රධාන අමාත්‍ය සී.වී.විග්නේශ්වරන් ඊයේ (07) පැවති 109 වැනි සභා සැසි වාරයට සහභාගී වූ අතර ඉවත් වූ පලාත් මන්ත්‍රී රිෆ්කාන් බදියුදීන් වෙනුවට නව මන්ත්‍රී වශයෙන් අලිකාන් සරීෆ් දිවුරුම් දී ඇතැයි සඳහන් වේ.
සමස්ත ලංකා මහජන කොන්ග්‍රසයේ උතුරු පලාත් මන්ත්‍රී වරයෙකු මෙන්ම අමාත්‍ය රිෂාඩ් බදියුදීන්ගේ සොහොයුරෙක් වූ රිෆ්කාන් බදියුදීන් මන්ත්‍රී ධූරයෙන් ඉල්ලා අස්වීම හේතුවෙන් එම පුරප්පාඩුව සඳහා එම පක්ෂයේම අලිකාන් ෂරීෆ් උතුරු පලාත් සභා සභාපති සී.වී.කේ.සිවඥානම් ඉදිරියේදී දිවුරුම් දී ඇත.
