පළාත් පාලන මැතිවරණය පැවැත්විමට අදාළ මෙම ගැසට් පත්‍රය පසුගිය පළමුවෙනි දින පළාත් සභා සහ පළාත් පාලන අමාත්‍ය ෆයිසර් මුස්තාෆා විසින් අත්සන් තබනු ලැබිණි. ඒ අනුව එය පසුගිය 02 වන දින රජයේ මුද්‍රණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවට භාරදුන් අතර මුද්‍රණය සඳහා අවශ්‍ය කටයුතු සම්පාදනය කොට යළි එහි නිවැරදිතාව පරික්ෂා කිරීම සඳහා පළාත් සභා හා පළාත පාලන අමාත්‍යංශය වෙත ලබාදී ඇති බව රජයේ මුද්‍රණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව සඳහන් කර ඇත.
අදාළ පනත අද දිනයේ රජයේ මුද්‍රණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව වෙත භාරදීමට නියමිත අතර එය අද මධ්‍යම රාත්‍රීයේ අන්තර්ජාලයට එක් කිරිමට සැලසුම් කර ඇති බව සඳහන් වේ.
