Under the 156th phase of Sakwala Suhuru classroom distribution program, a minor classroom worth Rs 10 lakhs was given to Hambantota Sahira National School on 15th April. At this time, donated one lakh rupees to get the necessary dance clothes for the college. In addition to that, a child who won fourth place in the Little Star competition was given a laptop computer.

Under the Universal Information Technology Programme, the event of distributing 10 lakh rupees worth smart classroom equipment to Hambantottai Zahira National School took place on 15th April. At the event, the college’s dance, instruments and staggers donated one lakh rupees funds for the purchase of essential items for the team. Also, Southern Television also awarded a laptop to the 4th place winner at the Little Star competition nationally.

A fully-equipped smart classroom worth Rs. One Million was donated to the children of Sahira National School, Hambantota on the 15th of April as the 156th smart classroom donated via the ‘Sakwala’ program. On this occasion, a donation of Rs. 100,000 was made to help the school acquire the necessary attire for the school’s dance team. Furthermore, a laptop was gifted to a student of the school who won fourth place in the Derana Little Star reality television program.
