පසුගිය රාජපක්ෂ පාලන සමයේදී තරුණයන් 11දෙනෙකු පැහැර ගෙන ගොස් නීති විරෝධී එස රඳවා තබාගෙන පසුව අතුරුදහන් කිරීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් වන නඩුව අද කොළඹ මහේස්ත්‍රාත් අධිකරණයේදී අද විභාගයට ගෙන ඇත. මෙම නඩුවේ හත්වන සැකකරු වන හිටපු නාවික හමුදා මාධ්‍ය ප්‍රකාශක කොමදෝරු ඩී.කේ.පී. දසනායක අද දින අධිකරණයට ඉදිරිපත් නොවුණි.
ඔහු වැලිසර නාවික හමුදා රෝහලේ ප්‍රතිකාර ලබන බවට බන්ධනාගාර නිලධාරින් අධිකරණයට කළ කරුණු දැක්වීම අවිධිමත් බව අධිකරණය තීරණය කර ඇත. එම සැකකරු බන්ධනාගාර රෝහලේ හෝ වෙනත් ප්‍රධාන රෝහලක ප්‍රතිකාර නොලැබ වැලිසර රෝහලේ ප්‍රතිකාර ලැබීමට විශේෂ හේතුවක් පවතීද යන්න පිලිබඳ හේතු විමසමින් බන්ධනාගාර අධිකරණ වෛද්‍ය නිලධාරියා වෙත අද කොටුව මහේස්ත්‍රාත් අධිකරණ නොතීසි නිකුත් කර තිබේ.
