සරණාගතයන් හා දේශපාලන රැකවරණය පතන්නන් 1333 ක් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ
දේශපාලන රැකවරණ පතන්නන් හා සරණාගතයන් ලෙස පැමිණි 1333 දෙනෙක් එක්සත් ජාතීන්ගේ සරණාගත කොමිසම බාරයේ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ සිටින බව වරාය හා නාවික අමාත්‍ය මහින්ද සමරසිංහ ප‍්‍රකාශ කළේය. මේ පිරිස අතරින් 728 දෙනෙක් සරණාගතයන් ලෙස රැදී සිටින අතර තවත් 605 දෙනෙක් දේශපාලන රැකවරණ පතා රැදී සිටින බව ද අමාත්‍යවරයා පැවැසීය. දේශපාලන රැකවරණ පතන්නන් පිළිබඳ එක්සත් ජාතින්ගේ සරණාගත කොමිසම පරික්ෂණ කරමින් සිටින බවත් ඔවුන්ට දේශපාලන රැකවරණ අවශ්‍ය බව තහවුරු වුවහොත් ඒ සඳහා සුදුසු රටකට යවන අතර එසේ නොවන්නේ නම් මව්රට බලා ආපසු යවන බව ද හෙතෙම සඳහන් කළේය.
